Last Weeks News – January 19th is a lovely day for January, nice, warm and sunshiny. Some people say they have a lot of mud. This weather will surely help dry that.
Not much news, but will try and write a little.
Ann Collins spent Thursday night in Mountain Grove with Carol Wise. They drove to Springfield on Friday then Riley O’Shea, Nina and the baby came and spent until today (Monday) with Carol. They all came down Sunday and had dinner and visited with Ann Collins. Bertha Scherer also visited Sunday evening.
Karen Fredrick came after me Friday morning. We went to Mountain Grove and did some errands and then went on to Willow Care and visited Agnes Williams. She was doing okay.
Bertha and Dean Scherer had River Stillwood down Saturday for her birthday. They fixed dinner for her.
I enjoyed a nice phone visit with Veda Bushong one night last week.
Saturday evening, Ann Collins, Trish and Amanda Russell visited me a while.
Get-well wishes to Bill Emery. He was in the hospital again for a few days last week. Also get-well wishes to Ann Smith, she spent several days in a hospital due to a fall.
Sympathy to the families of Raye Woodward and Pauline Plummer.
Bert and Dean Scherer visited me this morning (Monday). It’s always nice to have company.
